Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Credits are delivered immediately, so at checkout you ask us to start right away and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal for credits you have used. Within the 14 days, we refund the price of the credits from that purchase you have not used.

How to request a refund

Credit packs are sold by Stripe as merchant of record, and refunds are paid through Stripe. Email [email protected]from your account email address with the date of the purchase, or reply to your Stripe receipt. The refund goes back to the original payment method within 14 days of your request, and the refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Failed generations

If a generation ends without delivering a model, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

After 14 days

Unused credits stay in your account and do not expire while it exists, but are not refundable except where the law requires it or a problem on our side prevented you from using them. If you plan to delete your account, request any refund first: credits left in a deleted account are lost.
