Imagine Parts

Terms of Service

Last updated 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

Imagine Parts (imagine-parts.com) is a personal project run by an individual, not a company. Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

Imagine Parts turns your descriptions, measurements, photos and 3D files into CAD models using AI models and CAD software. Results are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Geometry checks do not certify that a part fits, is strong enough, or is safe to manufacture or use. You are responsible for checking every model before you rely on it, especially for parts where failure could cause injury or damage.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and give a valid email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Credits and payment

Generations are paid with prepaid credits bought as packs. Prices are in euros and include VAT; checkout shows the final amount before you pay. Credit packs are sold through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe is the merchant of record (the seller) for your purchase, takes your payment, handles VAT and issues your receipt, and Stripe's own terms shown at checkout apply to the payment itself. These terms cover the credits and the service. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while your account exists. A generation's credits are returned if it ends without delivering a model. See the Refund Policy for your right of withdrawal.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and to the models generated for you. You give us the licence needed to store and process your content to run the service, including sending it to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy. Only upload content you have the right to use.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, design weapons or parts intended to cause harm, attack or overload the service, or get around credit or usage limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes before they apply. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
